Emirates offers Economy Class on all of its aircraft. There are 3 versions of the Emirates Airbus A380-800. One version – used for long range flights – of the Emirates Airbus A380-800 has 517 seats in a three-class cabin. First Class Private Suites (14), Business Class (76) and Economy Class (427).
A 2nd version – used for ultra long range flights – of the Emirates Airbus A380-800 has 489 seats in a three-class cabin. First Class Private Suites (14), Business Class (76) and Economy Class (399).
The 3rd version – used for long range flights – of the Emirates Airbus A380-800 has 615 seats in a two-class cabin. Business Class (58) and Economy Class (557).
Emirates Airbus A380-800 Seating information
The Emirates Airbus A380-800 Economy Class (main Deck) has a 3-4-3 seat layout: three seats on the left side of the plane, four seats in the middle and three on the right. The configuration on the 2-class version is the same except for the Upper Deck where the seat configuration is 2-4-2.
The seat pitch in the Emirates Airbus A380-800 Economy Class cabin is 32 up to 34 inches. The seat width is 17.5 up to 18 inches.
Emirates Inflight Entertainment
All seats in the Airbus A380-800 feature Audio and Video on Demand touchscreens with a variety of programs, a telephone, SMS and email services. The ICE entertainment system features over 2,500 channels of entertainment, movies, TV shows, on demand and in multiple languages, music and games. On select aircraft Live TV is available. There’s a USB port to charge mobile devices, and a 110V AC power supply for your laptop computer and other electronic devices.
Emirates Meals and Drinks
Emirates serves local and international dishes and desserts regularly updating the menu. Passengers with dietary restrictions may choose from an alternative meal options to suit special requirements. All meals onboard are complimented with a wide selection of complimentary beers, spirits, hot and cold beverages. Economy Class customers enjoy a complete range of complimentary drinks including aperitifs, spirits, beers and a choice of excellent red and white wines, except on flights to Saudi Arabia. Champagne is also available, at a reasonable cost.
Emirates Inflight Internet
Emirates Internet connectivity is offered on Airbus A380 flights. All of the Airbus A380 and select Boeing 777 aircraft have free Wi-Fi.
